Your order can be returned within 2 days of delivery. If it's been more than 2 days since you bought something, we won't be able to give you a refund or trade.
If an item meets one or more of the requirements below, it may be able to be returned during the return time.
1. Damaged upon shipping
2. There are no parts or things that go with it.
3. What was gotten is not the same as what was asked for.
4. Make sure that all of the original parts, guarantee cards, and price tags are in the return cargo.
5. To make a return, you need a ticket or some other proof that you bought the item.
Shipping costs are not refunded. If you get a refund, the cost of returning the item will be taken out. Depending on where you live, it may take longer for the item you swapped to get to you.
After we receive and check your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know. We will also let you know if your request for a refund is accepted or denied.
Within 5–7 days of getting your product and checking its quality, we'll process your payment and, if your refund request is approved, put the money back on your credit card or other method of payment.
